God time flies...
Been a few days since I last posted. Nothing much to report really. I made myself up a new program while I wait for my other one to get to my, and my god, very sore. I did legs today and my other programs have them spaced out throughout the week, but I spent most of the hour doing my leg workout this morning and I can definatley feel it, if I am sore now I am going to be worst tomorrow!!Love the pic Rae.
Sorry to be so quick but I need to go and do the washing up.xx
